We've partnered with Claude W. & Dolly Ahrens Foundation, Greater Poweshiek Community Foundation, with financial assistance from Grinnell College, Grinnell Mutual and the City of Grinnell to bring you Gifting Grinnell, a virtual auction intended to stimulate business activity and benefit nonprofit programs.
Beginning today, businesses will offer items such as merchandise, gift cards, or experiences that members of the community can bid on via the Gifting Grinnell website. Week One auction closes on Thursday, February 11th at 11:59PM. New items will be available each Monday morning at 8AM with bidding closing the following Thursday at 11:59PM so it is important to check back weekly to see what is new!
Ten percent of each week’s proceeds will be awarded to the Nonprofit Emergency Relief Fund (NERF) while the remaining 90 percent of auction proceeds will be divided among nonprofit programs assigned to each Gifting Grinnell auction week.
